MEAL TRAIN

 

Meal Trains are another way that we like to show practical love to those in need for a short term period. For example, we have previously used meal trains for those who have made adjustments to life with a newborn. Meals are provided by our volunteers at the frequency and duration identified by the recipient.

PASTORAL CARE

 

Here at Grace we exercise pastoral care across the church. A significant part of this pastoral care occurs through Home Group meetings.

We warmly invite anyone at Grace to contact one of our church elders and arrange a visit for support, prayer and encouragement.
